We believe Restore Her and Restore the Village.
Restoring Our Sister’s Environment, The R.O.S.E. Project began in 2013, as a philanthropic project that promoted the social awareness of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault against women and children. The annual activities promoted a village of healing, with a focus on women and their children.
The R.O.S.E. Project has since promoted the restoration of the village, by providing supportive services for women and children, as well as safety planning and education for women fleeing Domestic Violence. In 2016, The R.O.S.E. began its partnership with Abuse Counseling and Education’s program Nonviolent Alternatives, to become a certified Domestic Violence Program for women. Expertise on this important issue comes from the 10 plus years of experience provided by the Executive Director and her vision to eliminate abuse, and promote empowerment and healthy families.
Counties of service currently include: Shelby, Marion, Morgan, Hendricks, Boone, Bartholomew, Fayette, Rush, Henry, Monroe and Johnson
